Sounds like you've got gambler's syndrome. I must have a touch of it myself. But I've finally realized that I don't have to trade every day or even every week. The best I can do is tell you to print out that post and tape it to your monitor. (I know you made your comment tongue in cheek. You know the drill probably much better than I do.) As for the semis, now that we've seen that earnings mean relatively little, what is the point trying to anticipate a reversal? Maybe they will reverse tomorrow, maybe they won't. Since I don't have a good reason why they will, I'm not shorting.
