So David what you want to know is what the future holds? IS that the deal? You want the details of the IPO, the timing and the entire business plan presented before you right now? What the HELL does this have to do with the announcements of the Past two Days? Well, I want to know all those details as well, but guess what, that was not what these announcements were about. Those will be future announcements, and if you do not want to wait then you know your options.

BOTTOM LINE - We have found out NOTHING in the Past Two days that accounts for this negativity, OTHER than the Price Action, according to some. Well if you only watch the Price Action, congratulations, you knwo nothing about evaluationg a company then. All you KNOW is What Someone WANYS you to Believe a company is valued at.

Only a Very Narrow Visioned person would allow the Price Action to dictate their feelings on an investment, IMO. So Once the price Action changes your mind for you, you will either pay more for a share or have the shares you hold worth more, or be able to sell your shares for more.

Everyone, why did ATT spin off Lucent ? For
shareholder value ??? What do you think is
more highly valued, an ISP/VoIP service
provider, or a hardware manufacturer ? I
think Frank et al have our interests at heart
here. FNet buried within FTEL may not get the
appropriate valuation. Instead of criticising,
we should be congratulating FTEL mgmt. I'm
sure there are a host of other issues that
Frank considered, ie regulatory, tax, capital
structures, etc....Don't worry. Be happy. cm
