MB, is it not against the rules for a trading desk to have prior knowledge of analyst recommendations? Or are you saying that the analyst could be pressured to make his recommendations because of risks for the firm's trading profits? (My understanding is that the Chinese wall applies only to M&A and the trading desk, but in this market the analyst seems able to have as much of an impact as M&A types of announcements. )
