I'd like to be a fly on the wall to know the real scoop here. My guess is, while pursuing the investment bankers for the IPO, they identified that the current structure would simply NOT fly on the street. For legal or other reasons. For whatever reason, it may be the best of all moves to get other, broader-based management and new ideas in there. Whether Magruder is it remains to be seen. The only reference to Zephyr I could find referred to it as a small startup.
