Interesting, but...

I am long SRCM, and have enjoyed a nice run the last 4 months. Think I'll stay here a while linger. Don't quite understand your pessimism with respect to SRCM in this particular market space. As immature as the market for this product is (if it has yet to even be defined), who else is doing a better job of creating products and partnerships to take advantage of the "frenzy"? Seems to me that SRCM has done a credible job of putting together deals, without building in constraints that would limit their options. As the market for new media is just now arriving, I am not as concerned about profitability as I would be about their putting the brakes on creative dealmaking. Looking at companies like SRCM, Yahoo, etc. I don't feel we should judge them by the same financial yardsticks we use to measure Exxon. It's not like this is the first tech that has ever been leveraged...

When the boxes begin arriving, interactive content/applications will be in demand. Companies like SRCM are going to begin making money. When they start, where do you think the price will go? I am more concerned that someone will make a play for SRCM (as we have been hearing for a couple of months) at $20 or $25, because I feel it has more upside.

I feel that as close as we are to witnessing the creation of a completely new market, and a product/service that will undoubtedly be used by millions, I'd like to stick around and see what that hole card looks like. What if this is a $100 stock? These guys just keep making deals...

Thoughts anyone?
