Charles, I'd like to believe that FNet isn't getting sent out into the cold without a cent. They're taking cash, probably the bulk of FTEL's cash. Doesn't that make sense? Otherwise, how are they going to buy Tempests? You'ld think we'll get a receipt. WH

Interestingly enough, we agree on this point: <<Our company if it has to will sell off FNET and FTEL shareholders have no recourse>> You are correct, you will not have recourse, If FTEL sells off FNET, Not Spins off the management and operation of FNET, like was done yesterday, and of course, that is ALL that was done, you will have FTEL holding a GREAT DEAL of CASH THAT will be VALUED in YOUR FTEL HOLDINGS, to whatever the equivalent works out to be. If you want to know what that equivalent is Ask the Underwriters. Until the deal is done with them, all this is Mental Masturbation. Yeah you get the rush, but not the satisfaction you seek. Bottom line, once again, and I hate to use that phrase, is we DO NOT KNOW ONE IOTA MORE ABOUT WHAT VALUE FTEL HOLDERS RETAIN WITH THEIR FNET SHARES. If people are worried that the new CEO is getting compensated too much, at least, have the decency to KNOW what that compensation is, before it gets trashed. This bullshit that I see about how people are here to present the other side, IS CRAP! This is the most bullshit two days on this thread I have ever seen. You people have created problems and obstacles OUT OF THIN AIR, and the only thing that I see used as a foundation is the Price Action, well good to know thats the only thing people look at with a stock. What learned opinions we are being enlightened with!

To all those concerned, it is real simple: Is there anyone on this thread that has the authority to effect your shares in FTEL/FNET? The answer is NO. Why don't you do what any person with an ounce of common sense would do and call the company and poise your questions and concerns with those that can make the decisions or give you the answers you seek. Have you heard of E-mail? Try airing your questions to any of the following: Frank@ftel.net Hwest@Ftel.net or call 1.800.372.6556 it will cost you nothing, and best of all it saves all of us from having to read all this "much to do about nothing" YES NOTHING, as it is baseless and without merit.
