A: You haven't read the laws you are talking about.
B: "She "exagerates" because logic dictates she can." is a statement that the premise is false. Logic doesn't dictate she can state an untruth. Or at least, logic taught in american colleges doesn't. That you feel that it is logical for her to take a falsehood as her premise is your choice, and it proves my original point.

Her premise is false. Therefore, her conclusion based upon it is false.

Rand's writings rely on emotion pretending to be reason, rather than logic. This is shown in your choice to take a premise that you admit is untrue, and accept it as "reasonable."
