Jonathan, What i was told (and this was by someone who knew nothing about the company, nor trades stocks) was this guys friend is in some position of authority, and that there might be a possibility of payroll not being made, if there wasn't some cash infusion. And that there WAS a significant entity looking at them closely. Take it for what its worth.

Ugh.

Savitt did say FVHI was seeking funding, but he definitely didn't give the impression the situation was dire. But then, he's an IR rep, isn't he. Let's see what transpires.
