Novell could take the networking world by storm! Since Novell's products are clearly the most stable, reliable and economical to administer, then it stands to reason that if users implemented netware then they would undoubtedly be very satisfied. So, how does Novell increase is market share with minimal risk to the customer and themselves. They offer an unconditional refund to those unsatisfied customers. Novell would risk virtually nothing. The customer would risk nothing as well. Novell should focus on the strength of its NDS. If it is truly the best, then this marketing technique should work. It would be painless. "The best way to predict the future is to invent it" ( E. Shmidt). It is about time that Novell Invents some great marketing!
