To all

Some activity in round 101 of the auction in Mexico, but no changes for Qualcomm.

cft.gob.mx

Qualcomm doesn't have the highest bid in regions 2 and 7 with combined population of about 15 million, while the region where Qualcomm has the highest bid have population of about 75 million.

Of course it would help if I could speak Spanish

What does that mean -" increasing" ? It seems to mean issued .48mil in 93,53 in 94, 58 in 95, I'm missing 96, 70 million in Jan 97,73mill today. I think this includes the converts issued last year. So there's been a 5% dilution in the past year, which is less than in the past.I guess it depends on how fast EPS and ROE increase whether one should worry about it. Employees are being offered a piece of future earnings,as are we. Hopefully they will materialize fast enough to please everybody.
