NASDAQ NEWS AS FOLLOWS: I was able to ascertain the following:

The Company filed it's application and Nasdaq responded with a "comment letter" . This is standard procedure.

MedCare then responded to comment letter#1.

Nasdaq has subsequently issued a second comment letter. This, too, is standard procedure.

MedCare then responded to comment letter #2. I understand this was only a few weeks ago.

MedCare is now waiting for another "comment letter" or subsequent approval. I understand, however, that this can and often times is, a three or four "comment letter" process.

I agree, this is not a quick process, but is there anything the Company can do to expedite this? ... I'd love to hear feedback from others that have gone through this process.

Regards,

Goodman
