You wrote "ALYD can't afford this, but can put things in place over time to help them report in a more timely matter." They can not afford to hire a firm to get their accounting in order and reported in a timely manner?

They can afford to buy a NASCAR sponsorship and Gruder can afford to give a reported $50,000 to attract major league baseball to Charlotte. Maybe they have their priorities screwed up.
