Microsoft buys OEM maker support
UNITED STATES - Microsoft is encouraging PC makers to add certain features to models.

It is offering a cash incentive for those makers who ship more than 15 percent of their products with either the 1394 interface or a TV tuner. The offer is valid from July 1998.
