I realize that but if the Celeron is a Pentium II why did they name it the Celeron? They could have named it the PentiumII-Junior or Pentium II-Gelding.
Then again you can't blame them for not wanting to ruin the Pentium name.

Tony, re: "Celeron is PII" I think you should re-read Jeff's post explaining the differences. Celeron is not PII, just as PPro is not PII.
