CTI appears to be forming a potential bottom at $.50. The stock has a descending trendline at $.65. If it can hold the low at $.50 and break the trendline then we should have a bottom at hand. This is for those of you that are market technicians. The fundamentals that would cause this action is the buyers finally overcoming the short sellers. The information that Barbara has conveyed to us maybe the reason the stock appears to be turning. Somebody knows something out there or they wouldn't be buying. It's to early to tell yet but let's hope that whatever the company is doing is starting to overcome the short sellers.
