Raleigh, You referred to 56k, but I am presently using CyBerTrader full version with 128k ISDN connection. For two months now, running fine with no problems. However, after the way the market action was today, and with the possibility of unnecessary and costly delays with the local ISP, today I have decided to go ahead and get the dedicated frame relay setup. I can see how it would be worth it. Good insurance. I am convinced (finally). I do agree CyBer handled today's Nasdaq problems nicely. I love the way they send messages right to your screen and you can "talk back" to them in real time, they can connect directly to your PC and see any problem you may have (and fix it for you). Very nice touch! I even spent a good bit of time on the phone with their tech people discussing related matters. They called me, in fact, and spent a tremendous amount of time telling me stuff I never knew about computers, networking, internet, etc. I have never had anyone ever spend that much time with me about technical matters. Very refreshing people in their tech support department. WD
