David, <RUSSIA ??? Are so so gullible to believe them??> I must admit sludge plants in Russia, on the surface, don't seem so economically compelling (probable low tipping fees, competing grey market for getting rid of the waste, etc. (much like Poland). Time will tell. <Where is the financing?> I will let you know as soon as I know. :-) <Dilution. More Hype.> Future dilution should be limited to normal management options and whatever is left from EXISTING warrants and convertible debs...unless we make an acquisition of some sort. <Are you worried this stock might collapse May 21.
