Jack,
The long awaited and anticipated pullback in price came today.
The high of 121 3/4 and low of 115 constitutes a pullback by contemporary standards. The close above the low at 116 3/16 is a turnaround from the low post and should have cleared out the weak holders so the price can move to higher levels tomorrow.

<I have heard conflicting reports about PFEs ability to announce a stock split. Do they have enough shares right now without getting shareholder approval?>

All make and manner of split rumors abound. This is the ONLY fact
known: There are enough authorized shares to do a 2:1 split, that's
it. All other scenarios could only play out after more shares are
authorized. I guess more shares could conceivably be voted on under
"other business".

My guess is we'll either see a 2:1 tomorrow, or the No.2 most popular
rumor, a 3:1 later when more shares are authorized and stock is
closer to $150.
