RB Thanks for reply and advice.

As you can see there HAS developed a tempest in a tea pot here. Perhaps fueled by previous bad tastes from other BB failures (our error mostly). I see a decided turn of events here for our "little" giant FTEL. Looks like we are starting to play with the big boys. and I hope the decision to MOVE QUICKLY here is a wise one.

I really agree with Elk and yourself that this appears to be the quickest and best road to meet the demands of accelerating the company's business plan of getting (FNET or FTEL), into the VoIP wars.

The Shit I alluded to was a clarification of the now perceived muddied shareholder real equity in FNET. I, like others am not in this venture to marry FTEL or FNET. Money is the motivation and I have gambled for the big return which is so far is +100%. That said, when any significant change occurs and this is significant, one must question the direction or new plan (if any) and decide whether the gamble equals the potential rewards. This is what I am doing. The forum here is one facet of that DD.

Your advice here is well respected and your knowledge of the sector, and FTEL in particular, considered an asset. We draw much from that.

ELK - I think its rusty nail time (Scotch/Drambuie over). I'm buying

RB:

So far I have read about 5 messages tonight, and I am beginning to
wonder why I am wasting my time. Its amazing how a pretty simple
concept (spinning off FNET) has become so convoluded to many here.
Maybe the term spinoff has some confused, but I think the
correct interpretation of that has been posted here several times,
but yet there are a few who still don't get it. Do we have at
least a few high school graduates here?
