Your most recent 10Q mentions a March 02, 1998 trial date for
the ESS pending lawsuit. I would appreciate an update on the status of
this and any other litigation developments since the 10Q came out.

Mortis,

The future eps numbers are just too good to keep the price down for long. Goldman has a strong buy on it with a target price of $50. If the company fundamentals remain strong, $50 should just be the beginning. I bought this week at $36 and am looking for more. AVEI looks solid to me, but I have been burned before.
