The dilution risk should be manageable considering Cowen is behind this deal. I would think if we see any of the convertibles sold it would be well down the road and placed in a secondary offering by Cowen and Volpe - hopefully at a much higher price.

The formula is there to see with co's like IMRS, CBSL, CRYSF and others. All had secondary offerings within 6 mo's to 1.5 years of the IPO which - at least partially - placed insider stock.

Of course it does'nt always work out that way - see SEEC and PTUS.
