Vlad,

Hi guy! Been missing you ! Hope you had a wonderful vacation!

OK..now, my comment..such as it is! Refill numbers were not shabby at all. MUSE "held it's own" in the face of the "century's all time cure all's" release.

Did ANYONE Happen to see the CNBC news bit about "that other drug" today??? Can't believe no one has posted about it. Well, I came away from it feeling pretty good. The newscaster seemed to think the overwhelming number of prescriptions showed a problem with the way prescriptions were handled on this new "pill". They questioned the people used in the test. They warned of several catagories of people who should NOT be using "the pill" and they bounced all over the idea of people using it without an impotency problem. If I was an investor I would have felt "cautioned". I know, I know, this is me, not a PFE investor , but it still would plant a seed of indecison in my mind.

Ok..well..Vlad, you asked for an honest opinion. "MOO" is...That "other product" might hurt Muse in the near term...but I think after the "new" has worn off and the problems have come to light, Muse will hold it's own in the market. That does not help us in the near term, but I feel it is optimisim for the long term.

Hope all goes well this week. I'm off to NY till Sunday and will be ignoring this stock and this thread till Monday! Enjoy your P & Q cause I "will be baaaack"!

I hope you all have a prosperous week,
E'Lane

A comparison of the NASDAQ ED plays as of Tuesday's close:

Company / 12months trailing earnings / market cap. in millions

ZONA -1.46 / 353

MCHM -.21 / 224

SNTKY -.32 / 186

VVUS .69 / 251

As most of you know, all 4 companies involve a different delivery method: Pill, cream, injection, suppository

Vivus is the only company with an approved product. None of the other companies have been profitable. Some of the products not yet approved have questionable efficacy.

I have to laugh. Hey the snake oil company is getting close to Vivus's market cap. I know some of you think I'm in a paranoid dellusion but boy Assensio and his gang bangers sure are having their way with Vivus.

Vlad, I agree with your comment, "I would completely agree that if Viagra is very effective in the moderate to severe cases then MUSE sales will be hurt and Vivus stock will never see a significant recovery." The effectiveness of Muse in mild to severe cases is a known quantity, I continue to bet that this "niche" will not be filled by Viagra for many reasons the thread has hashed and rehashed.

"BTW why is ZONA up 10 points in a week? Am I missing something?"

This has long been the bane of VVUS fans. Zona has not sold a single tablet, and is not approved, plus, Arsensio was out to nuke 'em. lol NOW. Go figure, I guess you can't figure out which way the train went by looking at the tracks.

Long under the intense stress of falling stock price,

FROSTMAN
