And another thing I started the questin of compensation - so there my fault not yours. Actually the question of compensation was first discussed for many hours in late night board meetings. Do you guys actually think that a move like this was just thrown together without forethought? Walk in Franks shoes for a moment. How many shares do you have as Frank in FTEL? OK now, someone suggests to you that you should spin off FNet. You sit there as Frank and you say what? COME ON SAY WHAT? "WHATS IN IT FOR ME AS A STOCKHOLDER OF FTEL?" and if you were to believe these guys the answer would be really nothing. But in reality the answer would have to be very pleasing to Frank. Well lets see 5,000 DVGs that we will need to buy from FTEL. Thats it? Frank should ask. Well no Frank, Ftel will still be a major holder of the FNet corporation. SO what does that do for me? Well it gives FTEL a major piece of a potential billion dollar company and you will be the sole supplier of DVGs and parts for that company as we go forward. Im sure frank asked these questions amongst others.What about decision making will I still be involved? If and when FNet gets an equity partner will Ftel benefit from that relationship other than dollars to purchase hardware? IM sure as Frank you can think of more. My point is if they wanted to screw you while lining their own pockets there are better ways than sacrificing FTEL. This is all speculation obviously. But sak yourself how you would have structured it. By the way all this bullshit over the last 2 days about the spin off will be answered in the presidents message real soon Seth
