Greg, I've never lost money shorting RMBS. But I'm certainly losing now that I've gone long. I'm really concerned with the competition that the SLDRAM vendors are offering. There is a good article on this in the EETimes. Looks like Compaq is one company that may be going the SLDRAM route, as well as 1000$ PCs and laptop companies since RDRAM is too expensive (Paraphrased) Its looking like the Betamax vs. VHS battle again. Superior technology loses to cheap and dirty. TEC
