Good question. I really have no idea who's selling what, but that's exactly why they need to buy back shares. Every quarter the float gets bigger. It never gets smaller.

It's clear that Sim's ex-buddies have done a good job of pissing on him and his company by dumping their shares. If he really believed in this company and it's shareholders he ought to buy up all the rest of their shares on margin personally. If the company does as well as he's been touting, he'd come out smelling like a rose. And he could always sell the shares back to the company if they ever got the buy back authority. I'd like to see him put his money where his mouth is.

Dennis
