Another Lawsuit vs COMPAQ

Link : biz.yahoo.com

I've been watching "out of favor" tech stocks for the past few years and it seems like these lawsuits tend to signal a bottom. With this bizzaro market(KTEL selling at $43), Compaq may get a nice move up tomorrow.

NW: Please excuse the late response to your message. I've been to the VI and mainland on business.

It looks like CPQ did what we thought it would. First the earnings announcement combined with the positive input during the meeting. I hope your shorted puts at 22.5 or 25. Makes for a nice return. If you own CPQ now, I'd entertain the May 30's to 32.5s on covered calls. I'd want to see the 32.5s at $1 plus. May puts should be interesting at 27.5 and certainly more risky at $30. I'm inclined to think that CPQ could withstand a major decline in the market. I guess time will tell. Hang in there with May and lets see where we are for June cycle before May 22. Good luck

Mike
