Joe, On top of the 'option' and attractiveness of using the warrant, it looks like the market is noticing that the company has had some really great news lately and is UNDERVALUED..... Recently reported fully diluted earnings of $.30 per share. Add to that the new FOCUS networking products Add to that acquisitions in process Worldwide sales and distribution They only have 900K shares in float (currently 2.6 Million outstanding)
