Well the proxy vote hasnt been filed with the SEC... has any one seen the results (hard numbers of the proxy vote?) and was this Reg S done before or after? ITS important... The way this is written is the Reg S was clearly done in DEC, a mistake? Werent we told the Reg S was done to pursue the merger? The Proxy date is Dec 15 the Reg S date is Dec 15.... what the #$%^? The Last IRONY is is this is actually Mr Charles of MXXXXXX Island Wash... his birthday is in April wouldnt it be ironic if CVIA was his present? KAA
