Richard - I think most borkers have TAVA as marginable. Couple of sticks in the mud like Schwab and Fidelity are apparently waiting for NMS.

TAVA is marginable through Waterhouse. (at least for us)

Anyone know if TAVA is a marginable security by most brokerage houses? Is that what the discussion over the NMS is? I wanted to buy some today but I didnt have a chance to get through to Waterhouse to find out....
I have TAVA on MARGIN with DLJ Direct
