Hi I'm new to this thread seems lively Heres a few thoughts for you folks

1) CGIC they got hit hard about a month ago went from asking 2 7/8 down to 3/4 the bid being as low as 1/2. All this happened when one of there PR guys tried to give a broker free shares to hype the stock to his clients. Well turns out the Broker was a FBI agent. enough said, the stocks price paid for the PR guys stupid mistake. Thing about it CGIC never gave the PR guy any shares for compensation. CGIC's free and clear in fact they are preparing a public statement now to try and clear up all the BS. Stock made a nice run back up today and should continue. There finalizing there latest acquisition so that will help a bunch as well.

If I pay $1 for my warrant now and the warrant increases in value to, say $2.50, and big brother grows to $6.90, I still have to give $6.90 to change to a big brother?

No by that time you can either:

1) hold on til big brother get to $10.50 and then convert
2) sell your warrants just like a stock
3) wait for the 19th day @ and then sell. after 20days the company will "call" them but you have ~30 days by law to either convert ot sell.

if I buy tomorrow for $1 and sell the warrant later for $3, it is a simple stock transaction, correct?

YES !!!

does that make sense?
