These charges were for the granting of stock options to certain of the officers. One thing that has always kept me in this stock and averaging on the way down, is the heavy amount of closely held shares and the fact that the officers cashed a smaller part of their options when the stock was low 20's pre-split. Those options are worth a helluva lot less now and obviously management needs to perform(as they always have) to make these options turn to gold. Regardless of all that, weigh the fundamentals. $.27 EPS in the last two quarters, very close to fully taxed. If we see even $.30 in the last two quarters, fair value is somewhere $12 +, but certainly not $6 or even $8/shr. Every product line seems to be strong excepting the liposuction device. Once all the lawsuit B.S. is tossed over that, look out. Misonix is producing top quality products, leaders in their markets, under excellent management, with serious growth potential. Especially with their medical devices. Good luck to all.
