Jesse - I read this thread from time to time and still have a small position in QDEK. Your last post was about my favorite of any I have read on SI. Good info in a concise manner and spewed out with a poetic tilt. I'm serious! That was a good one.

Great Post Jesse. I hope you are right. But I also know that the market can act just as irrationally as some of my (perhaps yours too?) previous posts. I have seen some odd rallies occur with many stocks- momentum is a tremendous force. I do think QDEK has been punished enough as in the inevitable overcorrection phase of a stock with a bad report. Perhaps the tide is now rising in our favor.

>>Okay, I sit here at my computer recalling the many unexpected huge volume up days in the past 2 1/2 years <<

You sure know how to make understatements.
The reason is cause DTO put out a recommendation for the stock to hit $5 and once the volume reaches a threshold it just pops up on scans and everyone just joins in the fray. The price should move up but how much up and if it will stay there for long will depend on what the company says in the next Q release.

...... They are working on a 67,000,000 share float calculated for the max dilution. If the dilution is factor......

When I was investing in QDEK 4 years ago (when Gaston Bastaiens was CEO...he's now at Lernout & Hauspie LHSPF ), there were only 26 million shares outstanding. While Bastaiens was buying up smaller software developers and creating Web-Phone, the stock rose from $3 to $39; it soon came crashing down (market capitalization went from $78million to $1billion, & back down).
How many shares are currently authorized? issued? floating? current market cap?
I haven't been following QDEK at all for a few years; I only dropped in here when I saw it mentioned in the news with the huge volumes.
