Respectfully disagree. I think financials and anticipation of Myriad is what took this from .25 to .68 in the past 2 months.

I think we will see another spike of .06 or so if only financials are released Monday... but since we have a DEADLINE DEADLINE DEADLINE of April 30... it will be hard to discriminate what any rise or fall is due to.

Either way, I want to see the terms set next week and a finalizing and a bunch of handshakes... then we all know where we stand.

Agree to disagree.

Cheryl, the day it gets on NASDAQ, I really believe that is going to be a spring board. (many new investors willing to give it a chance, along with much lower float---- my guess is a 3:1 ratio in the RM)

I also did some thinking about 1Q financials and I dont think they will be that good.

1997 was based on 22M weighted shares or so.

1Q 1998 will be based on 40+M shares. (major major dilution) Even if your talking 20% growth in the 3 months, you dont have any EPS from Myriad (that wont come until 2Q 1998) and probably just a smidgon of EPS growth from the little aquisitions.

Looking farther down the road:

I do believe 3Q 1998 will be huge... all the synergies will have had time to settle within the new aquisitions, IT will be in full effect, Myriad, and workman's comp will be going.. and on top of that we will have the 1st affects of MD show...

But these results (9/30/98 Quarter) wont be released until probably December 1998. But between now and then if/when hit NASDAQ we should see a nice rise.

Then again by that time crappy stocks like KTEL will probably be $550 (can you believe they announced a 2 for 1 split?)

What a joke.

The '97 financials may be partially figured in, but what I remember Ira saying at the CC was 20% growth each month for Q1. I'm hoping the Q1 numbers will establish some kind of rate of growth. I'm not looking for much from Myriad (in Q3) in comparison to the revenue increase, since it has such a lower margin and will still be paying off the IRS for the rest of the year. But it will be nice to see the margins on the other revenue streams that have been mentioned.
