I also do not see book cooking - just an scenario currrently unforeseen to the naked eye. CEO R.T. owns/controls a majority of the shares so the hostile approach is highly unlikely....but maybe a little arm twisting and the realities of competition may "encourage" him to re-consider. I'd rather they do it alone if they can hold their technical lead while NVLS and AMAT try and play catch up. Otherwise, as a long term shareholder, let's join "the party" and consolidate while the gettings good.
