Don Perkins is one of the preeminent corporate board goverance mavens in the country. I think his presence on the board not only gives NANX some nice solid input from a real pro, but the institutional investors know and respect him as well. Hey, and throw in Casey Cowell and you got a great board that can help focus this company on execution. I said it once and I'll say it again, this company is more than just some elegant bit of technology, it's got a great management team. TT
