Try comdirect.de and enter for example "intel corp" (no US ticker symbols applicable). You see a list of German exchanges (and NASDAQ) where INTC is being traded. For Intel and many other US tech stocks Stuttgart is the main exchange. Then "letzter Kurs" means last trade. Stuttgart trades until 11 am EST (5pm local time). There is a yahoo site as well but it displays Frankfurt Stock Exchange only: finanzen.yahoo.de.
