I don't have a clue what caused yesterday's drop but was a trend line penetrated? Some say yes but the rule of thumb is that the stock must go 3% below the previous low to be considered "penetrated". The record of higher highs and higher lows since 12/15/97 is the one that I have been watching closely. The last intermediate low was 29 5/8 on 3/27/98. Thus, 28 3/4 is the magic number. 28.68 has been touched so far this morning so today is a day to watch, supportwise, as the stock decides whether to test a lower level. Yesterday's volume was not helpful from a ta point of view.
