Thank you, Webster. The brokerage quotes will stay below the limit; so that they do not have to buy the stock. That quote effects the other quotes. So, nobody quote higher than $1 7/8. Smart people use Island system to tell themselves resistance and support to make decisions to buy and sell. Any way if you don't look at Island system, you are missing a piece of information that is in the trading data of Nasdaq.
