Back on topic - I think this is new - Ancor is a member of SNIA or at least they now have it prominently displayed on their home page:

<<I believe Pat Mudge and I are friends! I don't feel that I have ever "blasted" or "betrayed"
her. Pat and I are grownups, we have a "grown up" mutual respect for one another. Pat
and I have looked eye to eye. I believe we respect one another. (I will ask Pat to confirm
- only because I think you have gone to far)

Regarding AMTX, I was concerned about there cash flow situation -- they were cash
poor. This is the point Pat and I debated as adults. And history proved me correct. Pat has
a wonderful ability to be a forward thinker and I respect her for that. But to suggest to the
world that I am not who I say I am and to further suggest that I may have not met Pat or
that somehow I am a hidden entity is ridiculous.>>

Tom, you have VERY selective memory. The fact is a couple of years ago, you had a bad day and decided to take it out on me on Motley Fool for no apparent rational reason...Then, a year later, I receive an unsolicited e-mail from you asking me to share info on ANCR. I declined to respond with any info and now you know why I refuse to cooperate with people I do not respect or trust, particularly based on how I observed your actions on AMTX. I don't see why anyone would want to share the same foxhole with you.

Regarding AMTX, I'm not going to waste my time going thru the AMTX archives to prove my point. Your tirades on the AMTX thread have gone far beyond cash flow issues, most notably my most recent recollection is that you questioned the truthfulness of one of Pat's posts which in my mind questioned her integrity. As far as your perception of reality about your "friendship" with Pat and my "true" name/identity, feel free to call Pat and report your findings back to this thread as to my name, identity, etc...Then please divulge YOUR last name ( you seem hellbent to repeat mine so many times ) so that you and I can be on a level playing field, assuming you want to finish this exchange after your cowardly sucker punch. You provoked me and dragged me into this fight. In fact, your snide commentary the other day about my absence is one of the main reasons why I purposely choose not to post as often in this thread anymore. I have no such problems on other threads, eg, ARX, PSIX,etc..

Don't forget to ask Pat if my wife and I had dinner with Pat at Georges in La Jolla in the summer of 96. .Sorry to drag Pat into this mess, but since you are questioning my "true" name, I don't want people to have any doubts about my identity.

As far as Ancor is concerned, I asked you a question in my previous post about ANCR SI questions that you believe I am somehow obligated to answer and to whom. Lastly, you stated " Get a Life". That is exactly what I have been doing this past month.. enjoying my private life and staying away from people like you.

Tom and Kerry ---

I know you both and I honestly believe if you sat down to dinner and got to know one another you'd be able to shake hands and carry on the debate focused on issues and not personalities.

One of the drawbacks of these forums is the fact we deal in words without the benefit of body language --- especially eye contact and voice inflection. Tom, you seldom beat around the bush and often lay out your conclusions without any padding to soften what you're saying. This has nothing to do with personalities and anyone who takes your comments personally needs to get to know you better.

Kerry, you're full of passion, and the energy you put into your research and analysis can be misunderstood when a situation arises where you're confronted with what you see as a personal attack. Where Tom sees no phantoms in the forest, you see them and dress them for Mardi Gras, besides. This is not a criticism. It's part of who you are and part of your strength. On the other side of the coin, it can get you in trouble. As someone learned not long ago, you don't hug the queen.

I haven't followed this thread for eons, so I don't know the history of this recent confrontation. All I know is that you're both good people and as different as night and day. With energy and intelligence on both sides, you can do marvelous analysis if you focus on the issues and not each other.

Now, back to the sidelines.

Pat
