dr, i think when you feel you are entitled to make 30%+ a year on a stock you sue when you don't ;-) seriously, shareholder lawsuits enrich attorneys, not shareholders. i think cpq management probably abused their responsibilities by being "hopeful" that things would turn around so their channel stuffing wouldn't be a problem but i don't know of any real way to punish managements for doing things like this except to stay away from their stock. btw, IF gtw and dell have similar issues you can expect lawsuits to follow.
