The judge does not have to give any notice. More than likely she will give a date a few weeks notice of a court date for claim interpretation. But the price jump will likely be on news of the court date. In other words, once you have notice, its too late (I think that's the one thing almost all on this thread agree on).

To see what started the run up, look at posts from m rosen, starting mid-march. In a nutshell, rosen said the judge was ready to act. That supports my opinion that you will have no notice of a run up - on rumors that the judge will act soon (by the end of April) to set a hearing date the price ran up quickly to 1 1/2. Imagine what will happen when the judge sets a hearing date!
