I really hate seeing people defending Jack in here... He agreed to these terms of the merger and had the power to make certain demands (but never used this power).. If WOTD had done this right, we would have a completed merger, and the price would be around .10 (just my opinion).. a reverse split of, say, 100:1 (a few months down the road which would have been much more accepted by shareholders) would have put the price at 10.00.. (just my thoughts on the way this should have been handled) Jack should have used his power to protect our rights, AND HE DIDN'T... To me, he's even more guilty than WOTD.. He was responsible for protecting our rights, not WOTD....
