I do not know the details, but Dr. Harper seemed quite positive about potential near future, I believe, developments that are land-based on Newfoundland (such as Deer Lake) based on unreleased seismic data.

A few months ago he told me that they had to seal the offshore slim-line hole due to the expense of drilling and the company's poor cash position. I don't quite remember whether he mentioned in the last conversation what they could or would do with it in the near future.

I am not in the oil and gas business, but I am very critical, and from previous conversations with Dr. Harper that began over a year ago, when he was just a consultant for LMX, I must say that I was extremely impressed with his intellect and lucidity. I also thought that, over the phone, he seemed about as honest and forthright as a person could be if you're evaluating them in this manner. This was all before hell broke loose due to Farrell's shenanigans.

The upshot is that the company is in a state of flux due to the terrible situation Don Farrell and cohorts left them in, but they still may have great potential due to their biggest asset, Dr. John Harper.

I would like to repeat, that in a phone conversation with Harper within the last week, he was positive about some proprietary technology for exploration he had developed over the last 20 years.

Anyone reading this might want to take a look at a brief article on unregistered short selling on the Inflazyme thread. It's reply #898, April 24.
