Earnings scare is over? Whatelse is new to scare people to sell? Or to get people to pay expensive insurance buying options? How about some derivatives to take some money from customers, they won't understand the variables?

Money is still chasing stocks. Companies are buying back their own stocks (GE and IBM among the big ones). Supply and demand in balance? No new IPOs to screw up the market yet, taking away the liquidity?

Watch out for angles. Better watch the new economy. Go to stores on the weekend and check out the spendings. If people are spending, economy is still good.
