If Pillar Point is abolished by the FTC, wouldn't it be a great boom for all the service centers because that would make the procedures more financially attractive? Obviously it will not bode well for BEAM & VISX.

Do you think any of the legal proceedings taking place between VISX and BEAM will adversely affect LCAV & LVCI?

I don't think it will have any affect whatsoever.
