Actually, I think we are in tune with respect to valuation, that's why I don't hold any box makers at these levels (although given the momentum they could/probably will go higher).

Having said that, GTW's P/E could come down very quickly if they execute and given their mediocre 1997, 1997 to 1998 could show the type of growth which supports a higher P/E.

BTW, I still have SWTX on my "watch list".

I think HMTT will give me another good example of how rational or irrational the market is in the short run. They reported earnings (something unheard of in the DD or DD component sector these days) of .31 last night which was in line with estimates. With a trailing P/E in single digits and making more money that all the DD's combined, logic would say it would go up nicely today. Of course all of this probably means it's a great short <ggg>.
