Hi Wink: U R right I don't believe they r audited either. Then I guess they will be a fully reporting company by May, means they will file audited result s to the SEC.. Take Care Fred

Well I believe I have very good news in relation to the financials. In three different press releases, ADOT has said that the financials will be audited and released in February. News Release from Guidera Communications - Division of Guidera Publishing Corporation Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jan. 6, 1998 /PRNewswire/ ADOT also announced its projection for 1997 results given in March 1997 is on target. ADOT has just commenced its audit for 1997, with the results to be released in late January or early February. January 26,1998. Albuquerque, New Mexico Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc. also disclosed that the 1997 audited results will be out before February 25, 1998. Financial Statement 1997 Results Exceed Forecast Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc., Albuquerque, reported audited results for 1997 50% better than the March 4, 1997 Business Wire forecast. Well, here you are. I believe you and I have erroneously believed that the financials on their web site are unaudited. I got the above from their WEB site WWW.ADOT.ORG. Given the fact they only had 72k in income, it could not have cost much to have the 1997 result audited. One worry out of the way. Also, thank you for your DMA reply. Take care Fred
