In order to comment on the Red Chip rating it would be necessary to know their grading criteria. A [B] rating for TAVA today could be an [A] rating after they announce earnings in May.

The key thing is that the word on TAVA continues to grow. I prefer a little slower constant growth than some of the K-Tell like explosions that we have seen. The best thing for TAVA is to get more institutional money involved so that the percentage is somewhere between 30-50%.

This is best achieved by growing earnings, having a strong business plan, selling to top tier companies and so forth. It appears that TAVA is doing this in a major way and has really turned itself around over the last year, virtually reinventing itself.

Regards,
Brian
