GaBard, as a case-study matter, I found a plummeting stock price CPFC: Champion Financial. The company was so unwise to issue a floorless convertible preferred instrument and then wondered why the holders of such a beast engage in shorting the stock against the convertible. Stock is already at $4, was $12 in the past. If this situation is not yet resolved it could mean a CAFE / CTYS / EXSO scenario. best wishes CROSSY
