NEWS RELEASE

Report: "7th International Conference of Emergency Medicine"

Pyng Medical Corp. received a very positive response at the recent "International Conference of
Emergency Medicine" to the F.A.S.T. 1 System for Adult Intraosseous Infusion.

The conference, which was attended by over 2,500 emergency doctors and hospital administrators
from around the world, provided an ideal setting for the Pyng Medical Corp. staff to display
the life saving capabilities of the F.A.S.T. 1 System to frontline emergency professionals.
These professionals had the opportunity to use the F.A.S.T. 1 System and evaluate how easy and
effective the System is for accessing the vascular system via Intraosseous Infusion when
conventional methods fail. Pyng Medical Corp. had on hand our "SIMSTERN" simulator for this
purpose.

The first human trial video taken at the University of Maryland Medical Center showing Dr.
Thomas Stair having the F.A.S.T. 1 System used on him was of great interest to the emergency
professionals. There were many requests for the product and to be part of our ongoing field
trials, also some sites have already responded with confirmed start up dates. Pyng Medical
